Dan Klecko former Patriots DT/FB 2003-2005 & 2x SB Champ XXXVIII,XXXIX (With Pats)
Great podcast as we discuss the influence his Dad Joe Klecko had on his career. Joe was a member of the New York Sack Exchange and whose number is retired by the N.Y Jets. Joe is also in the NFL Hall Of Fame and Jets Ring of Honor. Dan tells us how he was brought up with football and growing up around the locker room with his Dad. We also discuss his college career and his switch to linebacker following the path of Teddy Bruschi as well as what he learned playing for the Pats and Bill Belichick who called him on draft day. Dan discusses winning 2 Super Bowls with Pats and 1 with Indy and what it was like playing with 2 Hall Of Famers in Tom Brady and Peyton Manning. Other topics discussed were playing with new Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel and the impact he had on his time playing with the Pats.
